Your brochure or sales flyer should have a list of all the attractions nearby. Whether you are selling through a realtor or on your own, be sure that all the information are in listed: bars, restaurants, markets and other attractions within a five mile radius. Always remember that your buyers look for a way of life which brings comfort. Other information they want are the bookstores and coffee shops, or the park where their kids could play.
